Presented By: Brian Stewart

stewart_brianEmployers face challenges everyday related to decisions associated with hiring and return-to-work (RTW). Smart companies have learned the value of performing job analysis to identify the essential job demands (EJD’s) of physically demanding positions in order to mitigate their risk of making subjective decisions. In this session, Brian will describe the process of having a 3rd party identify EJD’s and how to apply this information to develop effective testing, modified-duty and RTW programs.

  • Understanding the process of job analysis and how to apply the information gathered to support and develop preventative and injury management processes.
  • Understanding the ROI of implementing functional testing processes.
  • Understanding the components of an effective, functional post-offer employment test (POET).
