About the Speaker:
Kevin is a Principal at Newport Group. His specialty areas include wage and incentive system design; compensation survey development and administration; compensation studies and surveys; organizational planning; performance management design; leadership assessment and development. A consultant since 1987, Kevin has assisted hundreds of companies from smaller businesses to global organizations in the financial services, manufacturing, higher education, not-for-profit, and construction industries. He has authored articles appearing in HR Magazine and WorldatWork while presenting at many HR and trade conferences across the Midwest.
Nicole is a Senior Associate Consultant at Newport Group and brings over ten years of experience in Finance, Management, Higher Education, and Human Resources. She received her Master’s degree in Organizational Management with a Specialization in Human Resource Management from Ashford University. Nicole has presented recently at Iowa SHRM Conference, Indiana SHRM Conference, CISHRM and for other industry related associations.
