Todd Averett is the former VP of Global HR for Payless ShoeSource, a mulit-billion dollar retailer with over 25,000 associates located in over 30 countries. He led a team of HR directors, managers, and other professionals. He’s also co-host of the “Leading the People Side of Business” podcast and has multiple articles on Leadership, Change, and Strategic HR. Todd now runs a firm that does training, executive coaching, and consulting focused on helping clients better lead the people side of their business.
